Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your booking and stay at AVS Phú Quốc ("AVS", "we", "us"). By making a reservation you agree to them on behalf of everyone in your party. Please read them alongside our Cancellation & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Bookings

A booking is confirmed once you receive a reference number by email. You are responsible for checking that the dates, room type, rate, and guest details are correct. Rates are quoted per room, per night, in US dollars, and include breakfast unless stated otherwise. Complimentary airport transfers are available for bookings of up to 4 rooms or 8 guests, within the published pick-up and drop-off hours. Local tax and service charge are shown before you pay.

2. Payment

Bookings may be settled on arrival unless a promotional rate states otherwise. We accept major credit and debit cards. Card details are used only to guarantee or settle your stay and are handled by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers.

3. Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 2:00pm and check-out is by 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out are offered subject to availability. A valid passport or government ID is required at check-in for each adult guest.

4. Your responsibilities as a guest

• Treat the hotel, its team, and other guests with courtesy.
• Supervise children at all times, including at the pool and beach.
• Meet the cost of any loss or damage caused during your stay.
• Observe local law and our reasonable house rules, including quiet hours.

5. Liability

We take great care of you, but we are not liable for loss, delay, or injury arising from events beyond our reasonable control, or from your own actions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. We recommend all guests hold appropriate travel insurance.

6. Changes to these terms
