Questions about our rooms

Our Family City View and Family Sea View rooms sleep three in one room, and we can place two rooms together for larger parties. Tell us who is travelling when you book and our reservations team will arrange the rooms side by side wherever the night allows.

Air-conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, a rain shower, robes and slippers, drinking water refreshed daily, tea and Vietnamese drip coffee, and a safe. Breakfast is included with every room. If there is something particular you need for your stay, ask us before you arrive and we will have it waiting.

Lifts serve all guest floors, the lobby, and the restaurant. The pool and Lia's Bar are located on the 8th floor and require one flight of stairs from the 7th-floor lift landing. Accessibility arrangements vary by room, so please contact us with your requirements. We will confirm the most suitable room options before you book.
