Privacy Policy

Your trust matters to us. This policy explains what personal information AVS Phú Quốc collects, why, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to look after you well.

What we collect

• Details you give us: name, email, phone, and any special requests you add to a booking.
• Stay information: dates, room, and history of past visits.
• Payment information, handled securely by our payment provider — we never see or store full card numbers.
• Your IP address, and the email address you type when signing in, registering, booking or looking up a reservation. Both are used for one purpose only: to limit repeated attempts on those forms. The email is stored as a one-way hash, not in readable form, and every such record is deleted automatically within two hours. We do not track which pages you visit for analytics or advertising, and we use no analytics service.
• Two cookies, set only when you sign in or make a booking. They hold nothing about you — just a random reference that tells our server which session is yours. They are not used for advertising, not shared with anyone, and the sign-in one is removed when you sign out. The Cookies page lists them in full, alongside everything else kept on your device.

How we use it

To confirm and manage your booking, to prepare for your arrival, to answer your questions, and — if you have opted in — to send occasional offers we think you'll genuinely like. We never sell your data.

Who we share it with

Only trusted partners who help us serve you: our payment provider, and our booking and email systems. Each is bound to protect your information and use it only for the task we've asked of them.

Your information is stored in our database and file storage hosted by Supabase, on servers in Seoul, South Korea.

This website runs on Vercel, and your browser loads fonts and code libraries from public CDNs. Like any website, these services see your IP address when a page loads. They are not sent your name, your booking, or anything else you tell us. The maps on our home and contact pages are pictures stored on this website, so they reach no one else. Your browser checks once whether it can reach OpenStreetMap, and only if it can does the picture become a map you can drag and zoom — that check, and the map itself, are the only times OpenStreetMap sees your IP address. If your network cannot reach them, nothing leaves this website and you keep the picture.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold, correct it, or delete it. To make a request, contact reservation@avshotelphuquoc.com.

To stop receiving marketing emails, email reservation@avshotelphuquoc.com and we will remove you from the list.

Keeping it safe

We use encryption in transit, restrict access to staff who need it, and keep your information only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as the law requires.
