The cancellation charge depends on how far ahead of arrival you cancel, whether your stay falls in a normal or peak period, and how many rooms you booked.
Effective from 1 July 2020
Cancellation only valid when made in writing directly to the Hotel's Reservation department.
Cancelling online through this website counts as written notice. Your cancellation is recorded with its date and time and serves as a valid written record.
The table below applies to normal stays. A stay containing a holiday night follows the terms shown before booking. Existing bookings retain their agreed terms.
