Everyone should feel welcome at AVS Phú Quốc — on our website and on the island. We're committed to making both as easy to use as we can, and to improving wherever we fall short.

Our website

We aim to meet the WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines. In practice that means:

• Every interactive element can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a clear gold focus outline.
• We respect your system's reduced-motion setting and soften animations accordingly.
• We use generous text sizes, strong colour contrast, and descriptive labels on forms and buttons.
• Images that carry meaning include text alternatives.

At the hotel

Lifts serve all guest floors, the lobby, and the restaurant. The pool and Lia's Bar are located on the 8th floor and require one flight of stairs from the 7th-floor lift landing. Our team is happy to help with mobility, dietary, or sensory needs. Accessibility arrangements vary by room, so please tell us what would make your stay easier when you book, and we'll prepare in advance.
